There will be plenty of parking at the venue, however, if you require assistance there will be a complimentary shuttle bus to get you to and from the venue.

GETTING TO HUNTER VALLEY

Option 1.

Fly into Sydney airport, which is a 2hr drive to the Hunter Valley

Option 2.

Fly into Newcastle Airport, which is a 45min drive to the Hunter Valley. Newcastle Airport is quite small, so there are limited flights.

If you're considering flying, We recommend getting a morning flight on April 23rd Thursday, to arrive in Hunter Valley by lunch time to make the 4:00 pm Welcome Drinks that day.
