GETTING TO HUNTER VALLEY
Option 1.
Fly into Sydney airport, which is a 2hr drive to the Hunter Valley
Option 2.
Fly into Newcastle Airport, which is a 45min drive to the Hunter Valley. Newcastle Airport is quite small, so there are limited flights.
If you're considering flying, We recommend getting a morning flight on April 23rd Thursday, to arrive in Hunter Valley by lunch time to make the 4:00 pm Welcome Drinks that day.

WHAT'S THE WEATHER LIKE?
April in the Hunter Valley is beautiful. Days are around 21°C, with evenings cooling to about 18°C. A light jacket or wrap is a good idea.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We’re keeping our guest list intimate, so we kindly ask that you come solo and celebrate with us. It means so much to have you there.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Children are welcome at the welcome drinks and recovery day.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please see our Dress Code page for inspiration. The ceremony and reception will be on grass, so ladies may want to avoid stilettos. For the recovery day, think relaxed, chic resort wear with a Slim Aarons touch.
HOW TO I GET TO THE CEREMONY?
There is plenty of parking at the venue. Ubers can be limited in the Hunter Valley, so we’ll also provide a shuttle bus for drop-off and pick-up. You can opt in when you RSVP.

The ceremony begins at 3:30PM . Please arrive 30MINS minutes earlier to settle in.
